ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2007 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked as the CFO for a professional boxing company. That experience helped develop my business acumen, leadership skills, and passion for helping people achieve their goals.
Family is a big part of my life. My wife was a former Miami Dolphins cheerleader, and both my son and daughter have pursued careers as professional models and actors. I enjoy working with people and helping them discover and develop their own potential.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Glenn Jones - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
